What data we process
When you place an order or contact us, we process:
- name, address and city;
- email address and phone number;
- order and payment details (we do not receive full payment card details; payments are handled by the payment provider);
- IP address and data about your visit to our website (see 'Cookies' below).

Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties needed to deliver our services:
- Shopify (our e-commerce platform, hosting the webshop and processing orders);
- delivery services, to deliver your order;
- payment providers, to handle payments;
- analytics and advertising services (such as Google Analytics and Meta), only when you've given consent for this via the cookie banner;
- Trustpilot, to display customer reviews on our website. The Trustpilot widget doesn't set cookies, but loading it does pass your IP address to Trustpilot;
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), when you choose to contact us via WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to that communication.
We enter into data processing agreements with processors. Some parties (such as Shopify, Google and Meta) process data outside the EEA; they do so based on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
- Order data and invoices: 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation).
- Customer service correspondence: a maximum of 2 years after handling.
- Analytics and marketing data: in line with the settings of the relevant service, no longer than necessary.
Cookies
We use the following on our website:
- Functional cookies — necessary for the webshop to work (such as your shopping cart). No consent is required for these.
- Analytics cookies — to measure how the website is used (for example Google Analytics). We only set these with your consent.
- Marketing cookies — to show ads and measure their effect (for example Meta Pixel). We only set these with your consent.
On your first visit, we ask for consent for analytics and marketing cookies via the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the 'Cookie preferences' link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access, correct or have your personal data deleted;
- withdraw your consent;
- object to the processing of your data;
- have your data transferred (data portability);
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (TLS/https) and the secured systems of our e-commerce platform.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The most current version is always available on this page.
