Refund policy

This is a courtesy English translation. In case of any difference in meaning, the Dutch version of this policy is the version that applies.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). After cancelling, you then have another 14 days to send the product back.

You'll get the full purchase amount back. The cost of returning the product is for your own account.

How to return a product

  1. Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to withdraw from the purchase. Send an email to info@glampwise.com, or send the model withdrawal form below, filled in, to that same address.
  2. We'll send you return instructions by email. Then send the product back within 14 days of your notice, following those instructions.
  3. Where reasonably possible, send the product in its original packaging, complete and undamaged. Keep your proof of shipment.

Refund

We'll refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of your withdrawal notice at the latest, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may wait to refund until we've received the product, or until you've shown that you've sent it back.

Use during the withdrawal period

During the withdrawal period you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If you use the product beyond what's needed to assess it, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made to your specifications (custom-made);
  • sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

If an exception applies, this is clearly stated on the product page.
